Our Staff
Jon has been a youth pastor, associate pastor, Fellowship of Christian Athletes staff member, and senior pastor over the past 20 years.
Jon & Kim have been married since Valentine’s Day 1987. They have 2 college age daughters, Kristin & Jessica.
Jon believes that God has brought him to Good News to connect people to Jesus Christ as well as to one another in meaningful relationships.
Jon enjoys golf and refereeing basketball & soccer.
Pastor Joe Carlson has been the Associate Pastor of Youth at Good News since January of 2000.
Joe and his wife, Jen, have two sons, Andrew and David.
Joe is a graduate of Grace University in Omaha, NE., and holds a Master of Ministry Arts degree from Moody Bible Institute as well.
He is well loved at Good News and in Mosinee where he is affectionately called “P.J.”
Joe also serves as the Boys Varsity Soccer Coach at Mosinee High School.
Joe and Jen have a genuine love for God, their family, and others.

Director of Life Group Ministries Gary Harrison
Because he really believes that “life is better together”, Gary serves part-time as our director of life groups and discipleship.
In his full time capacity, he is the President of Pinnacle Ministries, a mission committed to, “Healthy Pastors, Healthy Leaders, Leading Healthy Churches.”
He has served as a pastor for over twenty years, and a denominational executive for six.
His wife of more than 30 years, Marie, is a partner in his work at both Good News and Pinnacle.
